The Milwaukee Police Historical Society welcomes any and all donations. Choose from the options listed below.
Your donations to MPHS helps fund the daily operations of the Society, as well as purchases of historical police department equipment and memorabilia.
Sadly, the number of fallen officers has exceeded the available space on our existing memorial. The new design for the wall will provide the space needed to honor all our fallen officers. We also seek to update the memorial with a more modern look, while still retaining artifacts from the existing display.
Our plan is to expand the current display from a static exhibit to an interactive memorial encapsulating each officer’s life and service. A video panel and interactive video kiosk will tell the stories of each fallen officer. Additionally, a smart phone app will provide the public with off-site access to these officers’ stories.
The cost of transforming the memorial involves not only the materials and construction of the wall, but also the production of videos, monitors for displaying the videos, and development costs for the smartphone app. We need your help to make this happen.

Membership in the Milwaukee Police Historical Society helps support our efforts to preserve the proud history of the Milwaukee Police Department. Membership also grants you the right to participate in special events we hold throughout the year. An individual membership is just $5 per year, and is renewable every June 1. To join, please print out an application form and mail in with your fee.
Visit Our Display
You can view the police department artifacts we've collected, along with our Fallen Heroes memorial, at the Milwaukee Safety Academy (6680 N. Teutonia Ave.). Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4 pm.
